 Team has gelled well this season and last year’s work is finally paying dividends.
 We are scoring different types of goals and they are spread throughout the team. Last season’s players and these seasons’ new arrivals have clicked and there are many friendships on and off the pitch and it shows.
 John has become the most consistent performer and it takes something special to beat him. He is the team captain as he commands the respect of all our players. A real presence.
 Timmy is the Tony Adams of our team and is a rock at the back. More often than not he always makes the right decision and is the team’s best listener, something at U10 Level most coaches would kill for! Definitely the teams most improved player.
Jeevan is a classy centre half whose vision and reading of the game is an invaluable asset. Comfortable on the ball, he is versatile and alongside Timmy has forged a real partnership in defence. At set pieces he can be deadly. A real find and welcome addition to the team.
Adrian is the engine of the team. Non-stop runner and clever positioning he is always the 1st name on the team sheet. He knows when to attack and when to defend and is always willing to get stuck in and fight for the cause. Nothing fazes him and he is our vice-captain, as with John commands the respect of everyone at the club.
Jayden is the Steven Gerrard of our team. Can really turn it on when we are up against it and is the complete midfielder. Can be very skilful when attacking and has an excellent passing range and lethal shot, but you get the best out of Jayden when teams try to fight back and he takes authority of the midfield controlling the game sometimes single handily.
Luis is a two footed midfielder who is strong and combative who relishes a battle in midfield. Has an excellent set piece delivery and flies past defenders on the wing like there not there. He is a versatile player like Jeevan, but with more bite in the tackle.Excellent in the air, when Luis is on song, there is no stopping him.
Liam is a classic defensive midfielder who has an eye for goal from just outside the area more often than not. He is a tireless midfield battler and wears his heart on his sleeve. He is the team’s bravest player and gives nothing less than 100%. Like Jayden and Adrian, he can dictate a midfield sometimes on his own and is a smashing lad who encourages all around him.
James is an attacking midfielder whose pass can split a defence in a second and who can shoot like Thierry Henry of old. Has a knack of being in the right place at the right time and helps ease the workload of Ashley and Mitchell with vital goals. His passing is definitely his best asset-pure class.
Mitchell is our Wayne Rooney. He is a direct striker with a venomous shot and off the ball definitely a handful. Our fox in the box, it’s a nightmare trying to mark him. Can score some unbelievable goals and wears a cheeky smile. Has great mental strength and is our team’s toughest player.
Ashley is a striker who once he’s through on goal; we all celebrate before he shoots. Prolific, he is a handful for anyone of any level. His goals come from everywhere and he can operate any channel. He has come on leaps and bounds and has added a lot of assists this season and now can determine games like James with a moment of brilliance with a classy pass.
